Perched at an altitude of 1,200 metres between mountains and mountain pastures, the organic and artisanal brewery of Les Sources de la Vanoise brews its beer using the spring water that has always supplied the village. The malt residue is given to local farmers who feed it to their cows. Brewed by mountain people, it is not surprising that the beers in the collection produced here are called l'Estivale (blonde), Grimpeur (white), Moniteur (ambrée), Guide (blonde), Hivernale (blonde) and Diabless (brown)... The best way is to spend a moment with the brewer to discover his manufacturing methods and taste with full knowledge of the facts without excess.
