Here, Myriam, a passionate cook, and Audrey, a sailor-fisherman, offer healthy meals made exclusively with ingredients from sustainable, ethical and local fishing. They guarantee incomparable freshness thanks to short lead times between fishing and processing. Their artisanal smoking workshop is inspired by ancestral methods, using local woods such as Mahogany, to preserve all the flavors and nutritional qualities of the fish. This process also ensures better preservation. Among the establishment's flagship ingredients is cane sugar, a high quality component of unquestionable value. In the store, you'll find preservative-free and gluten-free products that respect the seasons, such as smoked fish rillettes, triggerfish chicktails, diced spicy smoked tuna, vacuum-packed fish sausages and merguez.
