Beautiful Creole villa entirely made of wood which proposes a vast menu of a copious kitchen.
In this pretty wooden Creole villa, away from the city centre, the decor, with its garden, is really superb. Indo-Pakistani specialities are offered with the inevitable tandooris, samossas, curries, nans (Indian bread). But the menu is so vast that it is better to ask for advice if you are not used to this type of cuisine. The dishes allow you to discover or rediscover the perfectly spiced Indian flavours. The dishes are made to order, which means that you have to wait for the food to arrive (as indicated on the menu).

La cuisine ensuite. Délicieuse et parfumée, toute la variété des gouts de la gastronomie indienne est représentée. En résumé, surement la meilleure table de Guadeloupe à mon avis.
Tout est fait maison. Carte particulièrement riche en choix y compris en plats végétariens et copieux. J'ai une faiblesse pour les plats tandoori qui arrivent en crépitant précédés d'une merveilleuse odeur ....
Prix évidemment en rapport avec la qualité des prestations (environ 30 € le plat menu en ligne depuis peu). Justifiés sans être prohibitifs. A ne pas manquer donc
