Renowned restaurant offering a wide range of dishes made with fresh products in Saint-François.

Established in Guadeloupe for 7 years, the Colmano recently moved to a new address on the tourist route. Claude, the chef and manager, offers world cuisine and generous dishes: lobster risotto, seafood tagliatelle, lambi fricassee (depending on the season) or catrou, lamb mouse tajine, fresh grilled fish, chicken, fish or minced steak burger with home fries, shrimp wok.... You can also sip a drink over tapas or roast camembert. A friendly welcome. Good value for money.
