In the heart of Fort-de-France, a charming patisserie-tea room that revisits the great classics with a Creole twist.
A native of Martinique, Antoine-Hery Charles-Alfred and his partner Maesha Viersac have opened a charming patisserie-tea room that brilliantly blends French and Caribbean codes and favors short distribution channels. This pastry enthusiast, who trained with some of the world's greatest chefs, revisits the great classics through his Creole influences. Examples include the Pistache roll, a gourmet reinterpretation of the New York roll, and the Guava (vanilla mousse with a guava-raspberry insert on sweet cassava pastry). Nice choice of delicious sandwiches.

Coup de cœur pour le macaron, la forêt noire et le robinson revisité
Mention spéciale pour le kouign-amann (pur délice) pas sur la photo
A déguster d'urgence
Cadre cosy, mais peu de place.
