Recently, the Adequa consultancy firm, specialising in agriculture and quality control, has been offering training courses on the site of the Jardin de la Santé in Sainte-Anne: "From the earth to the plate". The objective: to train to cultivate and develop local vegetables according to the principles of organic farming. After theoretical instruction on the technical bases and the benefits of organic farming on the environment and health, we learn the techniques of crop association, production enhancement, soil preparation, crop maintenance, before tackling the marketing part (packaging, storage, processing and catering service).
