The restaurant of the hotel Diamant les Bains serves bistronomic Creole cuisine, conceived from locally distributed, fresh products. The restaurant with a terrace that can accommodate 50 people is open to the garden. The menu is small, guaranteeing good quality of products. We like the fish catch of the day, the vegetables from here and elsewhere, the ray wing confit with sauce vierge, farm egg and its parmesan crumble, the sweet potato espuma with green curry, and, for dessert, the pavlova with exotic fruits. The swimming pool and the beach are in the immediate vicinity.
