Le Grand Bleu is hidden in the grounds of the Diamant Beach Hotel and opens like the prow of a boat facing the sea and the majestic Diamond Rock. The setting is intimate and the adjoining swimming pool very inviting. Liaura and her husband Hervé (the chef) serve international cuisine mixed with local products. Hervé is a chef from the world of real gastronomy, and it shows in the care he takes with his dishes. Do yourself a favor and rush without hesitation to this remarkable address, undoubtedly one of the best tables in Le Diamant.
