Le Flamant Rose is located by the swimming pool of the 3* Frégate Bleue hotel. Chef Henri Nunes has restored the restaurant to its former glory: the decor has been revamped and the atmosphere is very warm, especially in the evening with its subdued, colorful lights. World cuisine with a modern twist, highlighting local produce. The plates are beautifully decorated and the service friendly. Events are regularly organized at the restaurant. And the view over the islets of Le François is a real treat!
