Waël is part of the generation that wants to reconcile Martiniquais with local produce. In her restaurant on the family farm, she serves produce straight from the garden. Her cuisine is authentic, based on local Martinique produce, with a twist on traditional Creole recipes, and is gluten-free and lactose-free. All with an ethical dimension (zero waste...). Every Saturday morning, she organizes a mini-market at her home and at the Villa des Lucioles in Fort-de-France.
