Aussi il faut noter que l'état des lieux est fait par le client tout seul (le papier fourni ne notant aucun élément malgré les nombreuses rayures et enfoncement sur le vehicule). Retour par contre très rapide et efficace. Il faut vraiment revoir l'arrivée et la réception des véhicules, cela est bcp bcp trop long. Habitué à JumboCar depuis des années, je changerai d'agences pour mes prochains besoins, tout comme mes collègues de boulot et amis.
