The chef offers a simple yet refined menu based on fresh, local produce: coconut-breaded king prawn kebabs, pan-fried scallops caramelized in coarse syrup and coral mousse with pan-fried yellow banana, or minute grandmother-style ouassous fricassee... Everything is well put together: accompaniments, sauces, presentation. Special mention for the chocolate entremets, a real koud'cœur! The service is very professional.
