The cuisine is modern, original and 100% homemade, featuring local and seasonal products: 6-hour lamb mouse, old-fashioned veal blanquette, andouillette de Troyes... On the shady, airy terrace, with its panoramic view over the port of Le Marin and its many moored boats, sip one of the succulent cocktails on the menu. An interesting wine list.
