Soucieux de notre écosystème, Xavier sait allier plaisir touristique (apéritif en bain de mer, barbecue en pleine mer seul au monde, pêche...) et connaissances naturelles et historiques. Une sortie pour tout âge, chacun y trouvera son compte.

Une journée très sympathique en compagnie de Xavier qui se plait à nous faire partager son métier et nous faire découvrir son exploitation piscicole, la baie du Robert, ses fonds blancs, la mangrove en toute convivialité.
