Restaurant with terrace in Vauclin serving a menu based on original creations and revisited standards.
Nice and new! Arnaud and Annie have created this little jewel of a restaurant with the chef Mathieu Brugger at the Pointe Faula. The menu is narrowed down to original creations (we loved the goat cheese lollipops, camembert or both in duo!) and also around revisited standards such as the fresh tuna mi-cuit, or the Madinina plate. Everything is fresh and the plates are beautifully composed. The decoration of the restaurant is in tune with the plates, with a pretty shaded terrace. A guaranteed favorite!
