Located on the grounds of the eponymous hotel residence, the restaurant is also open to outside customers. The dining room opens onto tropical vegetation and overlooks the bay of Anse Figuier. The menu offers Creole suggestions: the "Paradis" plate, crayfish fricassee, lambis or the famous grilled lobster. And don't forget to try the marinated clams, au gratin or blaff. The bill is reasonable and the service courteous.
