FROMAGERIE MARJOLAIT
Marjolait has been the only cheese production place on the island since 2014. A cheese lover and native of Martinique, Magali Cléry, at the head of a farm of cows, goats and ewes, produces artisanal peyi cheeses (fresh, soft…), but also plain, sweetened or flavored yogurts. All of this is done with a focus on local distribution, with direct sales at markets (Rivière Pilote on thefirst Saturday of the month, Lamentin on thethird Saturday, Case Pilote on the last Friday of the month, MANA, Marché Agricole du Nord-Atlantique, on Saturdays) and in a few shops.
