It is one of the island's safest bets. Open to the Atlantic, 50 meters from the beach of Anse Charpentier, the restaurant is renowned as much for its cuisine as for its setting: panels on the walls tell the history of the island, while in the background, Monique, the cook, offers several menus to choose from based on essential dishes of Creole cuisine: chicken colombo, fish stew, chatrou (a type of small octopus), crayfish in Creole sauce, conch, grilled lobster… Booking recommended. For the children, a playground is at their disposal.
