Towards the south, the hills, with beautiful views of La Trinite ́ and the presqu' île of the Caravelle. Near the central statue of a local glory, a Chinese specialities snack with take away dishes, and all around an impressive number of pharmacies. The church, a grey blue building, is original. From Sainte-Marie to Marigot, the landscape becomes increasingly hilly; the beaches fewer, they look more like coves, beaten by the waves of the Atlantic ocean.
Between Sainte-Marie and Marigot near Fond-Saint-Jacques, the racing competition organised as well as trainings are very popular events that attract the crowd; good time to live popular joy with locals.
