CHÂTEAU DE SABLE
Restaurant in a more than pleasant setting in Saint-Leu.
At first, let yourself be seduced by the more than pleasant setting offered by this restaurant, which bears its name very well... Once installed, you can enjoy a metropolitan and Creole cuisine, whose specialities are undoubtedly seafood, fish and other crustaceans. What better way to enjoy yourself than in a setting as pleasant as this one: swordfish with vanilla and candied papaya, duck breast with green pepper, spaghetti from the sea, grouper fillet with passion fruit juice, or bourgeois fillet with crustacean cream. We're so excited! Children can enjoy the beach under your supervision while you finish your coffee. New management since the beginning of 2019.

In a few words: slow, personal service and friendly owner not and jemenfoutist.
We wait more 1:30 to be served, while having to our unpretentious dishes several times. The 2 children (4 and 5 years old) only one of the 2 had its dish before adults (dishes that we had ordered when the arrival).
Cold, overcooked and of average quality (for main course at €25 or more).
We returned to take the dessert and coffee at home.
Fortunately it is at the foot of the beach and that children can go to relax while you wait, otherwise the hello nightmare.
