L'Aroma de la Montaña is without doubt one of the Dominican Republic's most incredible restaurants: a 360° rotating panoramic view (note: the rotation only operates at weekends, on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sunday lunchtimes). The view is truly splendid. Unfortunately, it's what you pay for, not what's on your plate (where the bill rises very quickly in contrast to the quality). This is the place to come for a glass of wine before or after dinner, especially to admire the sunset.
