On the menu: barbecued meat or grilled chicken, but also fish or salads for smaller hungers. Possibility of buffet or à la carte menu for groups. And, cherry on the cake, while having lunch, you are allowed access to the swimming pool, which is very appreciable. Good atmosphere and careful service. A tasty option for eating out.

Read moreAroma de la Montaña is without a doubt one of the restaurants with the most incredible setting in the Dominican Republic: a 360° rotating panoramic view (Warning: the rotation only operates on weekends, Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday lunch). The view is really splendid. Unfortunately, it is this one that you pay for, and not what's on your plate (where the bill goes up very quickly, but not the quality). It is better to come and have a glass of wine before or after dinner, especially to admire the sunset.
PUCHO'S MOFONGO
Read moreIt is on the terrace of a large chalet with a view of the surrounding mountains that Pucho welcomes you to discover one of the great specialties of the country: El Mofongo. It is green plantains, fried and seasoned with garlic, olive oil and pork. You can customize it to your taste (shrimp, chicken, salami or chorizo). Many say it is the best in the country! The bucolic setting, the warmth of the welcome and the quality of the dishes make it a must in Jarabacoa. Concerts two Saturdays a month.

The menu consists of salads, burgers, wraps and fajitas, each dish is cooked in a healthy and balanced way (wholemeal flour used for the fajitas for example). The place is also famous for its breakfasts as well as for its fruity, refreshing and energizing smoothies. In short, a very good alternative in Jarabacoa!
