Just off the Zócalo and overlooking the cathedral, this restaurant is housed in the birthplace of writer Justo Sierra. You'll particularly appreciate the simple yet elegantly presented traditional cuisine, based on typical local recipes and seafood. The setting is pleasant, the dishes are finely prepared with good produce, and the service is extremely friendly. Come and try an omelette with Mayan flavours, chimichangas de cochinita pibil or pavo en relleno negro. A reference in town since 1939.
