A very good restaurant serving Mediterranean and Italian cuisine in Campeche. The prices are reasonable, and the dishes are good without being extravagant. As the restaurant's name suggests, the Selem children's idea was to pay tribute to their grandmother, of Italian origin, whose hospitality was renowned in town. And they succeeded! The welcome is impeccable, and the adjoining hotel receives nothing but good compliments from tourists who have stayed there. A small recommendation: the Risotto Mare e Monte, very successful.

The Italian-Mediterranean seafood restaurant Nonna Mia welcomes you to San Francisco Campeche. It was born in the former home of the Selem Ferrer family, built in the mid-60s in the Corbusier style. Today, the establishment pays stylish tribute to the essence of Gladys Ferrer de Selem, known for her hospitality and legendary banquets. Here, you'll feel right at home while enjoying the delights of the kitchen. Whether you order takeaway or enjoy your meal on the premises, you'll benefit from a rich and varied menu with a selection of egg dishes. Take, for example, the scrambled eggs with tomato, onion and serrano or savor the exquisite pair of fried eggs topped with ranchero sauce, each served with refried beans. Or try molletes with bacon, chorizo, ham or mushrooms. For dessert, treat yourself to a bowl of fruit with granola and yoghurt. On the menu, you'll find different kinds of pasta, pizzas, risottos and many other dishes. A great address for lovers of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine!
