Young chef Enrique Antonio Ortiz May left the comfort of Mérida's large restaurants to start his own business and develop a passionate, loving and refined seasonal cuisine. On the menu, the classic Yucatán repertoire is enhanced by the quality of the products picked from the community and indigenous gardens in the area. You must also visit the bar at the back of the restaurant for its very original cocktails!

Choix des plats : coconut-crusted shrimp et Al pastor shrimp tacos. Les 2 plats étaient délicieux, un vrai régal.
