Building that appears as a reconstruction of the houses of the period in San Francisco Campeche

Part of the vast original architectural ensemble, remodelled in 1998, this 18th century building is a reconstruction of the period houses. Most of the furniture and accessories are replicas tending to revive the customs and habits of the 18th and 19th centuries; among the original pieces are large French-style porcelain jars. In addition to cultural events (readings, exhibitions), La Casa hosts a café, a bookshop, a shop and a tourist information module.
