The history of this canteen began in the industrial zone of Merida, in 1990, with the creation of a food-truck specialized in the tacos of the sea... Today, the restaurant does not look like much but the quality-price ratio makes the visit indisputable! The unconditional fans of camarones will appreciate to taste them in ceviche (with mango!), in fajitas, sautéed or even breaded. And if shrimp is not your favorite, octopus, fish steaks with coriander or cordon bleu of the sea are to be accompanied by soups and cocteles.

Certes l'environnement fait davantage penser à un fast food, mais ne vous y trompez pas, el merlin azur est imbattable sur la qualité, la fraicheur des produits et surtout le rapport qualité prix. A recommander absolument...
