Inaugurated in 2019, the restaurant of the Muuch Hotel was named after the roucou, considered by the Maya as a magical plant. Traditionally used in Yucatan cuisine, it gives dishes a red colour, which symbolizes the sun and fire. It is one of the key ingredients of cochinita pibil. The team welcomes you from breakfast to dinner. From the stoves comes out a refined and imaginative cuisine, just like the place decorated and arranged with style.
