Lolo welcomes 24 guests to her home each evening, for colorful dinners in six parts. She likes to make you discover her inventive and delicate cuisine, based on mixed but well-balanced flavors. There is no year-round menu, but let's mention, just to salivate, the salmon tartar with tangy notes of apples and passion fruit or the dessert plate with homemade meringue and Belgian chocolate mousse. His table d'hôtes is an original concept in Mexico, and Lolo's welcome quickly puts us at ease among the other guests.
