The name Caribelos comes from the owner Carlos. When he lived in California, his friends called him Los. When he moved to Puerto, he combined the Caribbean with Los: Caribelos. In 2022, he teamed up with his sister Lili for a complete renovation of his Taco Shop and opened Caribelos Restaurant. A few tables tossed on the sidewalk across from the pier make this Caribbean-paced spot the meeting place for all the local workers, but also for tourists who pass on the good stuff. And of course, the tacos are not to be missed!
