Hotel with good value for money and a warm welcome, a few minutes from the sea, with rooms and a terrace
A lovely little hotel well kept and located 5 minutes from the sea, 5ta Avenida and the ADO terminal. Warm welcome from the staff, who are always ready to advise newcomers on things to see in the centre of Playa. All rooms have a hammock on the small terrace, and a line to hang wet laundry when returning from the beach. The superior rooms have a small fridge, a hairdryer and a top level mattress! Very correct breakfast under a palapa in terrace. Good value for money.

Very well located in Playa Del Carmen 5 minutes from 5th avenue and the beach.
Be careful with the noise of the restaurants and bars of the street...

Menage fait seulement tous les 2 jours : vous faites votre lit et gardez vos serviettes mouillées.
Aicun service de petit déjeuner ni de restauration à l hotel, meme payant. Pas meme du café.
Caution de 100 usd pour le coffre dans la chambre et payez 600 $ si vous perdez la clé ! (vive les modernes serrures electronique).
Apres me "check out", vous devez payer pour laisser vos bagages à l hotel quelques heures ( avant un vol tardif par exemple)
Les chambres sont vieillottes, pas de TV.
Mauvais rapport qualite prix, service minimum.
