Like the Central Hotel, this building has as many names as it has histories: El Castillo de Greyskull, La Pensión García, La Casa Grande, La Mansión or La Reformada... and illustrates the phenomenon of impoverishment of the neighborhood during the 20th century, from extreme wealth to extreme marginality. Until 1950, parties and weddings were held there for high society. Then it became a hotel and became dilapidated, a squat where the police no longer dared to enter... Restored, it now houses the luxurious American Trade Hotel.
