LA BOUGNATE
Building with terrace offering a traditional cuisine revisited with regional and seasonal products
We love this charming building, with its facade featuring a Virginia creeper, and its shady, flower-filled terrace. Next to the open fireplace is an exhibition space for painters. Dominique Dubray concocts a locavore cuisine, favoring short circuits. Traditional, regional cuisine revisited to suit the tastes of the day. His approach is to work with seasonal produce, Auvergne meats and regional products. To extend your stay, put your suitcases down in one of the twelve pretty rooms.
