Due to a technical glitch on their system, Air M processed six full transactions (over MUR 130 000) on my credit card instead of the two flights. I only discovered this when my card 'declined' at the store days later. After days of frantic calls & emails, my SA bank resolved the situation, while Air M staff were repeatedly rude, unresponsive, unhelpful, and bullying. I'm talking especially about you, Laurinne in "Customer Service". You're in the wrong job lady!

Too expensive for what they offer. I had to pay a month or two in advance 750€ for 2 economy tickets from Antananarivo to Mauritius return. The business lounge in Mauritius International Airport is a disgrace, the flights have delays and the passengers do not get informed in advance, and I would say that I would not fly with them again if I could. This company needs to become more serious in customer care.

Mileage vary but I've always been satisfied with the counter services. The ladies are always welcoming and helpful. It is one of the place where Mauritius get it's famous smile. Of course Mauritius with a smile or the Mauritian kindness does absolutely not mean: obsequious. Mean people often forget that these ladies are employees and cannot be responsible of the company's policy. It is not an easy job and the customers are often rude. As long as I can tell if the desk is helpful it is good business.

Retard de 24h pour un vol réunion Maurice, aucun agents de air mauritius, prit en charge par air France, merci à eux pour nous trouver un logement 10h après l'heure de départ.
Et maintenant, après 5 mois aucun remboursement de la part de air mauritius , ils baladent les gens , et REFUSE UNE COMPENSATION financière, une honte, les médias vont m'accueillir à cœur joie avec mon histoire.

Very rude customer service. I rescheduled my flight today via the contact number above. The customer care is pathetic and the staff showed so much of attitude.

Not customer oriented.
We reserved flights by calling their booking services. Being said that we have 3 days to pay, we called the next day and upon checkout price increases by 20% !
Trying to resolve this with numerous phone calls -at least they call back- they recognize the error by never changed back the price to the initial amount. Very disappointing.

Never again would I travel with air Mauritius. Travelled 9th February from Gatwick airport to Mauritius. Using Air Mauritius. Stool in the line at 1pm to check in still there at 5pm. Eventually checked in and moved to departures. During the evening we were told that we would be taking off that night. Midnight flight cancelled. 2am told to
Collect bags and go home we live in Leicester not possible. Spent night in Gatwick airport. As no hotel. No communication from Air Mauritius until 4pm 10th Feb. Took off at 7pm. 27 hour delay. Impacted on our holiday.

I'm a New Zealand citizen. On Monday 22 April at Sir Ramgoolam International Airport Mauritius. I was DISRESPECTED and treated TERRIBLY by the Air Mauritius check-in staff at the counter for my flight to Madagascar. They were DISHONEST and FORCED me to buy a return ticket back to Mauritius otherwise they will NOT ALLOW me to fly to Madagascar. Upon arrival I made a formal complaint @ the Madagascar Airport. The Customs/Police officer @ Madagascar International Airport said Air Mauritius check-in staff members are DISHONEST and lied to me.
I'm currently waiting for a FULL REFUND FROM AIR MAURITIUS

Service of AM is going down
Some Crew members are very arrogant and not very welcoming and caring .
Food quality is poor and bread and cakes are not fresh. We dnt get the services expected for such high priced tickets which we pay for. Hope there is improvement soon
Moving to Gatwick made it more unattractive due to being too far , expensive to reach by cab , not enough parking space and no free trolleys to carry your luggages. Heathrow embarkment was much better, accessible and cost effective ...

Compagnie non professionnelle!
J’ai besoin de changer la date de mon vol sur une réservation à plusieurs (pas possible en ligne) en urgence, j’ai dépensé 800Rs en essayant de joindre leur service client, ils ne m’ont répondu qu’une fois et m’ont dit qu’ils allaient me recontacter par appel ou email mais rien du tout, j’ai tenté de les recontacter mais ils ont le pire service client!

Vraiment déçu et je ne compte plus repasser par eux.

Very friendly service although queue system a bit irratating. Were very understanding duribg a medical emergency. This company is the reason im proud to be a mauritian and i wouldnt consider flying with anyobe else. With all my heart thank you

I have been traveling all around the world and Mauritius is a destination I go to every year for nearly 8 years now. I spent a lot of time with Air Mauritius with and without my babies, and I can only say that service is just perfect, flight quality is top and incomparable with other companies covering Mauritius. Be mindful we are talking of a 12h flight, so service is key and they are top.

Really awfull service. They changed the flight and departure time due to a technical issue in their origin flight but said it was due to weather condition which was never the case. They have no manner speaking with clients. They really don't care about the client problems. The replacement flight was a very old one with many interior defects. The air hostesses lack training. The time was changed so that they could reduce costs. We were served breakasf and no alcoholic drinks at all. They should really stop this airline!

C'est le bordel! Vol retardé sans même informer les passagers. Pas d'annonce dans la salle d'attente. Faut vraiment un amélioration à tout les niveaux.

Le personnel, '0' désagréable, expéditives et j'en passe, J'appréciais cette compagnie mais maintenant dans la limite du possible je me tourne vers une autre compagnie aérienne. Malgré les commentaires négatifs, il n'y a pas de changements. Toujours les mêmes têtes désagréables et incompétents.

Que dire de plus que tout les commentaires que j'ai déjà pu lire. UNE HONTE ! Depuis le mois de septembre j'attends le remboursement de mon billet aller retour en les prévenant 1 mois avant le vol que je ne peux pas voyager. Plus d'une dizaine d'appels vers leur service avec toujours la même réponse : la demande est en cours.... et quand je demande à parler au service qui s'occupe du remboursement toujours le même discours qu'ils ne prennent pas au téléphone et qu'on me rappellera. Ça fait 3 mois que j'attends votre appel !!! REMBOURSEZ MOI !!!!! Ne vous étonnez pas du sous développement de cette belle île avec un niveau d'incompétence pareil !

Nous nous sommes rendus dans cette agence pour réserver nos billets pour Rodrigues. Le personnel était accueillant et sympatique. Je vous recommande cette compagnie.

Companie très dynamique dans l'océan indien, vous pourrez réserver pour des destinations de rêve! Personnels très accueillant avec sourire et un service de qualité. L'agence de port louis vous offre un service d'exception pour vous évadé en famille et découvrir dui sais peut être l'île Rodrigue ! Je vous en dit pas plus !
