On the other, a vast, pulsating family establishment: 255 spacious rooms and large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments; baby area, Kids Club and Teens Club for socializing; plenty of activities (water and land sports, diving academy, tennis, gym, etc.) and spa; a range of 4 restaurants and 6 bars, some of which open onto the sea. The beach remains the main attraction: a kilometer of playground for sunbathing and sand paddling.

First day here and I can say that this is not a 4star service. Most of the staff is lacking any customer service, the body language that they use and their tone of voice is very unprofessional. One staff just dismissed me by waving his hand to me to go away, 3 staff looked at me approaching with a dirty plate in my hand and not even one offered to take it from me, nobody is offering you any drinks when they see you standing at a table or sun bed by the pool or beach, 2 people at reception looked at me and just pointed me to the entrance when I asked to return the dirty beach towels and receive back the cards for them in order to get them the next day. For the amount of money that you pay here this level of service is disappointing. The only person that was helpful and professional was the gentleman that did our check in and Anju that assisted me with restaurant bookings even though my name was not appearing in the system. Also the amount of paper wasted on all the notes that they make you sign for everything that you order even though you have the all inclusive bracelet is unnecessary, especially since its advertised as a conscious hotel and environment responsible. Everything is in the details and here nobody is paying attention to them!
