Very friendly and nice staff in this hotel with rooftop bar and pool. Good breakfast with changing options and also staying for dinner is worthwhile. The location is very central with beach and bars as well as a store in short walking distance. Private parking is available for free as well. Very reasonably priced and a good homebase for trips in the west and south. Bath is a bit small, but the large balcony makes upfor it. Be sure to befriend the hotels boss Suzie the cat.

Avoid this place at all costs! We booked three nights here after reading the reviews and seeing the photos, which looked fantastic – what a huge mistake! The hotel is a complete scam, and the condition of the building is terrible. We arrived late at night, and since the hotel was fully booked, they gave us the last available room, which was damp, smelled awful, and even had bugs. There was a dead insect in the bathroom that looked like it had been there for months, and the whole place was filthy.

The next day, we requested to change rooms due to the disgusting conditions, but they refused, claiming the hotel was fully booked. I spoke to both the manager and the owner, asking how they could rent out a room in such a state. They apologized and said the only solution would be to switch rooms on the last day of our stay, leaving us to endure one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Especially considering how much we paid per night, it was outrageous.

The owner even admitted that the room was in poor condition and said it would be closed until the issues were fixed. I informed him that we would be requesting a refund for the two nights, and he agreed. However, when we contacted the booking platform, they completely changed the story, blaming us for not using the air conditioning properly and claiming the bugs were "island wildlife." They even said the housekeeper was too short to notice the dead insect, so it wasn’t cleaned.

Unbelievable! This was the worst experience of my life. Be sure to check the attached photos for proof!

Fue nuestro primer hotel en Mauricio y nos recibieron con un cocktail de bienvenida, estuvimos 3 noches y lo mejor sin duda fue la amabilidad del personal que te ayudan con lo que necesites sin dudarlo, el último día teníamos una excursión muy temprano y nos tenían preparado el desayuno para llevar, la playa esta a dos minutos andando y hay un montón de restaurantes cerca.

Nous sommes simplement venus profiter du Roof top pour boire un verre, mais l'hôtel par lui même est très bien décoré et l'accueil parfait.
La terrasse est donc très grande et bien aménagé.
Nous avons pris des cocktails et quelques amuses bouches....un délice.
Le barman est vraiment un bon ????.
Nous avons passé un agréable moment.

Excellent choix! Comment ne pas aimer cet endroit. D’une part le personnel est extra. Tout le monde a le sourire. Merci à Valerie qui a été de bons conseils et qui a toujours été disponible.
L’hôtel est proche de toutes les commodites (supermarché, restaurant, plage, distributeur de billets ….).
Le petits déjeuner est très complet et varié (délicieux).
Les chambres sont modernes. La piscine est très bien.
Vraiment une semaine fabuleuse.

Lovely hotel in flic en flac beach. A few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and money exchange. Staffs were kind and helpful, bed so comfy and cute rooftop with a jacuzzi and a bar

Petit déjeuné parfait, varié et de qualité.
Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir lors d’un prochain passage sur l’Ile Maurice ou de recommander votre hôtel.

Great Breakfast and location.

Ovdje smo proveli 8 noćenja. Nikada nismo doživjeli ovakvu fenomenalnu uslugu. Od uvijek čistih soba koje se spremaju svaki dan, obilnog doručka, blizina plaže, jacuzzija, bazena, raznih tematskih večeri, i najukusnijih večera koje smo ikada jeli. Osoblje je za svaku pohvalu, uvijek nasmijani, spremni odgovoriti na pitanja, pomoći.. i nitko od njih ne provodi svoje slobodno vrijeme buljeći u mobitel. Šok.
Kokteli su uvijek svježi, recepcija uvijek otvorena, po noći mir i tišina. Udobni madraci, ugodan miris u sobama. Dostupnost društvenih igara i biblioteka je pun pogodak! I ako imate let nakon check ina, imate mogućnost ostaviti prtljagu unutar hotela te u međuvremenu otići na plažu, nakon toga vas čeka mogućnost tuširanja. 10/10 ????

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 jours.
L’ambiance cosy et calme de l’hôtel nous a immédiatement séduits. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre notre séjour agréable (en particulier Valérie à l’accueil).

La piscine et le jacuzzi sont parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de découverte de l’île. Le petit déjeuner buffet est délicieux et varié, idéal pour bien commencer la journée. La cuisine est excellente, avec des plats faits maison qui ravissent les papilles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les dîners à thème, une expérience culinaire inoubliable.

Nous recommandons vivement l’hôtel Seastar pour un séjour reposant et gourmand à l’île Maurice !

Expérience pour la balade bénitier et dauphins, nous étions à 7h45 dans le hall pour le départ, malheureusement pas de réservation pour nous deux , ma fille et moi ,qui a été faite par le réceptionniste 2 jours avt , donc pas de place pour cette journée qui aurait dû être magnifique.

Amazing breakfast and cocktails at the rooftop bar are definitely worth a visit.
