PARADISE ????
- rooms were spacious and nice
- food variety whether breakfast buffet or dinner restaurants, were amazing!
- the beach side (especially during sunset) and the sea color were breathtaking

I had a great experience at this hotel. The stretch of beach is calm, serene and beautiful and the backdrop of Le Morne mountain is just stunning. The rooms were great, really clean and had everything and more than you could need - and best of all, they all had a beach view. All the staff I met were kind and tried to be helpful - some of the service was a bit disjointed but nothing that spoilt my day in any way. If you want to explore the island, which I very much did, you will need a car (or be prepared to pay a lot on taxi fees). The location of this hotel is somewhat secluded, balanced by the beautiful stretch of beach it is on, but if you don’t want to spend all your time in the resort you will need a car. I felt I had the perfect balance! And as a single female traveller, I felt very safe at this hotel.

To be honest they upgraded our room also the stuff are friendly and very welcoming and they upgrade our room but the hotel have a Very bad services
It’s the second worst 5-star hotel I’ve ever been in in my life
I was in the Oberoi before it’s a huuuuuge difference. I was so upset and unlucky to split my stay here and there
I stayed almost a whole day with no hot water while I have a baby!!
And no serious action was taken I waited form 6:40 to 8:00 because they said they will send someone to solve the issue
And when I backed at night nothing has changed!!
Next day I asked them for late check out until 12:15 instead of 11:00 just to pray and they refused also !!!

Hotel przewyższył moje oczekiwania jedzenie na najwyższym poziomie ,lokalizacja ???? piękny widok na górę Le More ,plaża rajska .Pokoje przestronne każdy ma widok na morze ,łóżko skierowane w stronę morza,cudowny widok po przebudzeniu się rano.Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie ,imprezy organizowane na plaży rewelacja ???? ????polecam na pewno wrócę ????

Wirklich eine wunderschönes Hotel an einem sehr romantischen und zauberhaften Sandstrand. Die Lage ist für Ruhsuchende und für erholsame Ferien ideal. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Auswahl an Speisen sehr gross und frisch. Die Spezialitätenrestaurants sind wunderbar und reichen völlig aus. Das Preis - sowie das Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig Okay. Hier konnten wir Ruhe und Erholung geniessen. Wenn man man, wir wir es generell machen, das Personal (alle auch die Gärtner und Dienstleistungspersonal) freundlich und respektvoll behandelt, dann werden Sie ebenfalls mit Respekt und Freundlichkeit behandelt. Wir waren begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Verbesserungspotenzial findet man immer, aber es sind auch Menschen wir wir..............

From the owner of the resort to the smallest employee, it was a vacation like a dream..
The weather, the food, and the marine activities were amazing.
I enjoyed every minute.
The first person we met was Daniel (the German) , thank you for the warm welcome and the smile. He provided us with a lot of information about the resort.
Bushra , the Words of thanks are not enough, thank you for taking care of me and making arrangements for my vacation before I arrived at the resort.

Spent 5 days in this paradise with my wife and 1 year old baby.
I can truly say it was one of our best vacations ever. Amazing welcoming team all over the resort. Would like to specially thank Ms. Bushra for her extraordinary service and kindness, she made everything happen easily and took good care of us. We booked the junior ocean suite but they upgraded us to balcony manor suite which was very luxurious. the Food is great especially Indya restaurant thanks to chef Malik. Wish we stayed more honestly. Would definitely recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt im JW Marriott war einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind großzügig ausgestattet - das Bett ist riesig u. das Bad bietet Platz, um sich zusammen fertig zu machen. Der Strand ist der schönste, den wir je besucht haben. Das Angebot an Freizeitmöglichkeiten (kostenlos!) ist vielfältig, der eigene Pool riesig. Der Spa-Bereich ist toll gestaltet und auch die Massagen, die wir genommen haben, haben uns sehr gefallen. Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns jedoch der Service. Das beginnt an der "Tür" zum Resort und endet am Strand. Jeder Mitarbeiter grüßt, lächelt einen an und wünscht einem einen schönen Tag. Es werden alle Wünsche erfüllt, sogar die, von denen man nicht wusste, das man sie hat (Clyde, ein junger Mitarbeiter hat uns zum Sternebeobachten eingeladen. Eine magische Nacht)! Der Butlerservice ist ausgezeichnet. Kessavan & Sonam haben uns perfekt verwöhnt! DANKE!! Aber auch alle weiteren Mitarbeiter, ob bei der Reinigung (Selvina war für uns verantwortlich), in den Restaurants oder beim Frühstück. Hier wussten sie schon am zweiten Tag, was wir trinken wollten und kannten unsere Präferenzen (Olivier-merci!). Das Essen - wir hatten Halbpension - hat uns umgehauen. Die Qualität hat ganz klar Sterneniveau und wir haben uns jeden Tag auf den Abend in den verschiedensten Restaurants gefreut. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke für die unvergessliche Zeit.

Was es letztendlich zum Paradies auf Erden macht, sind die unglaublich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter rund um Resort Manager Benoit George. Dieser Service sucht sicherlich seines gleichen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere persönliche Butlerin Minta, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat und uns immer engagiert und hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. Wir vermissen Dich! Wir könnten die Liste endlos gestalten. Eine Person müssen wir noch speziell hervorheben. Danke Sarah für die Organisation unserer Traumhochzeit in Absprache mit Monika Beumers (Mauritius Events). Das JW Marriott Mauritius wird für uns persönlich immer einen festen Platz in unseren Erinnerungen haben und wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!

Petite dédicace à l’équipe de Lucinda, du Boathouse, et plus particulièrement à Istika, Jeshika, Anastasia et Bianca pour leur professionnalisme, leurs sourires et leur bonne humeur quotidiens et infaillibles!
Toutes nos amitiés à Shania et Neha, qui se sont évertuées à ponctuer chaque journée d’attentions pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable.

This is one of the best hotels we experienced. Staff is truly amazing, welcoming and polite. Resort is very well maintained and stunning. There are plenty of activities to enjoy here. Views of Le Morne are beautiful. They offer free drinks at the beach (water, some juices etc.). Sand is nice and you should not worry about coral remains. This was really an amazing experience, well done to the whole team!

The staff, predominantly the restaurant managers are what makes this place special. Aziza, Dristy (Japanese) and Alvin (floating market) went above and beyond to make this experience incredible. I have many food restrictions and they accompanied all without a second thought.
They prepared special desserts, special hibachi menus, and delivered extra protein to another restaurant when I was still hungry.
I will return because of their hospitality!
Location is beautiful, underwater waterfall right off the coast (bring a drone) and the mountain as a backdrop is 2nd to none.
Thank you! Only complain was the AC in the room was mediocre but still 5/5 for this hotel.
They prepared special desserts, special hibachi menus, and delivered extra protein to another restaurant when I was still hungry.
I will return because of their hospitality!

From the moment we entered our room, we were captivated by the breathtaking view of the beach and sea ????. The room was not just aesthetically pleasing, but also boasted a large, high-quality bed and a dream-like bathroom ????️????. The beautifully maintained gardens added to the tranquil ambiance, making every walk a delight ????.
The pool area, with its cozy lounge beds, was perfect for relaxation and fun ????♀️. The activities available catered to everyone, ensuring a lively and engaging experience. The staff's friendliness and professionalism were outstanding, consistently ensuring a memorable stay ????.
The beach at the resort was simply pristine, with its white sand and crystal-clear waters ????️. We felt extremely safe at all times, adding to the overall serenity. Dining at the resort was a culinary adventure, featuring five different exceptional restaurants ????️. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was delicious and freshly prepared.

From the moment we arrived to our last few moments at this resort we were blown away. Not only by the absolute beautiful attention to visual detail and design, not only by the amazing food and obviously the beach but the service was astounding. THE BEST of the BEST. The staff there made our stay. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon. Everyone was so carrying and genuinely kind. We wanted to highlight a few individuals that really made this hotel the best resort experience we ever had.
David at the front desk checked us in. We originally hadn’t planned on staying at this resort but a situation at our original accommodations made it so we had to change last minute. David welcomed us last minute, gave us a tour of the property and made our first few moments here memorable.
Christopher at the 1908 bar was amazing! His knowledge of rums and cocktails as well as his overall kindness was impressive. He gave me a rose to give my wife as a surprise. What a wonderful person!
Kimberly at butler service was constantly asking us if we needed anything and we really appreciated her constant state of happiness.
Ravi and Vince made a special table for us at the Japanese restaurant on our last night.
Milo is an amazing sommelier!
Everything was impressive and we will absolutely be coming back to our favorite resort!

This was the best hotel stay we have ever had. We live in NYC and visited Mauritius for part of our honeymoon. This Marriott was absolutely beautiful, from the rooms to the beaches as well as dining options. What stood out even more was how friendly and kind the people were. My husband and I became acquainted with many of the staff here and they went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. We ate at The Floating Market, The Boathouse, and Atsuko(this being a personal favorite and a must visit if you love sushi and other Japanese food).
We felt so sad to leave this stunning resort and the friends we made in the staff. We’ve already said multiple times that we will come back one day and bring our future family. Truly an experience we will remember for life. A huge thank you to the staff, we won’t ever forget you.

It was such an amazing experience from the staff, the food, the events, location, views, the room.
Thanks so much to all that's made my holiday wonderful. Hina, Aroumel, Maitai, Dalini, Guangoo, Neha, the staff for breakfast, our butler, and all the staff around the property has EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY. Again, I appreciate it all & certainly plan on returning. This is the best JW Marriott I've ever visited. The food from the restaurants, along with in room dining was fantastic. The spa services were absolutely the BEST massage I've had. I can keep going & going. The transportation for the roundtrip from airport to hotel was efficient, and kind drivers. Overall, Mauritius is such an amazing country, with so much to see & offer. Thank you a million JW Marriott Mauritius.
