Ich war alleine 14 Tage AI hier. Wunderschönes Hotel, großes Zimmer, das Essen sehr gut, speziell das Indische Essen beim Buffet! Spitzen Fisch Restaurant am Beach. Super Cocktails an der Bar Bleu! Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das wunderbare Strandhotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!!! ????????????

My recent experience at this hotel was a complete disaster, and I strongly advise against putting yourself or your loved ones at risk.

Upon our arrival, we were shocked to learn that a legionella test conducted by the Ministry of Health had yielded a positive result at the hotel. We were never informed about this prior to our arrival, and it left us feeling anxious and unsafe.

Legionella is a potentially life-threatening bacteria that can cause severe respiratory problems and pneumonia, especially for people with weakened immune systems. We felt like we were being used as guinea pigs to test whether new arrivals would get infected. The hotel seemed to be open only to a limited number of people, and we felt like we were trapped in a dangerous situation.

The hotel staff's only solution was to offer us alternative accommodation at other hotels, but none of the options they provided were up to the standard we had originally hoped for. It was our honeymoon, and we wanted to create memories that would last a lifetime, but instead, we were left feeling deeply disappointed and emotionally drained.

We spent our days worrying about our safety and well-being instead of enjoying the beautiful surroundings and each other's company. This was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but instead, it was ruined by the hotel's lack of care and consideration.

I urge anyone considering booking a stay at the Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort to reconsider until they can guarantee their guests' safety and well-being. This hotel has shattered our dreams, and we will never be able to get those precious moments back.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time already. The location is great for short trips and it is surrounded by beautiful wild nature.
Rooms are bit older but still feels nice and cozy.
Great selection of food.
For breakfast I really enjoyed Plantation club. Manager Dinson always provide amazing service and welcoming atmosphere. He was really great. I really enjoyed Plantation club. More rooms could be reconstructed in similar style like Plantation club.
Also special thanks to Melissa on reception. She was super nice and made a great first impression, also provided us all information we need.

Thanks to Diksha for providing a seamless check-in, we felt very welcome. Dilson was great at accommodating our needs, which made our stay very comfortable, especially our experience at the Plantation. The staff are the real asset of this hotel, we will definitely be coming back.

I had a really great time. The hotel's staff gave us a warm welcome and were very friendly. We played volleyball with Rahul who made ournday more enjoyable. Wished we could have stayed more.

J'ai passé de superbes vacances dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil, très serviable. Les repas sont délicieux et variés. Les chambres sont très bien entretenues (mobilier un peu vieillot). A RECOMMANDER !

I love this hotel and I always stay here everytime I visit Mauritius.
Room is big. Staffs are friendly. Food is good. Quiet place to relax.

Did not like the place. Room a bit ok. They need to renovate the place!!!! Outdated big time!!!!

It's a great hotel but they need to take care of the following :
1. Some of the room furniture like sofas need renovation. Balcony door needs maintenance.
2. Heineken beer is in the All inclusive package on their drink list but out of stock. This is not correct. The Bar Manager has to ensure timely refill.
3.The bar seems understaffed.
4.Maintenance manager must have a thorough check what is not working in the rooms and not clients to inform when checked in. Does the hotel has sufficient maintenance workers? It's a big hotel.

Mr Rod Kutwaroo was very accommodating last time, we recently came back again last week and it was an exceptional weekend, all because of Mr Rod Kutwaroo again at the reception. He is very kind to his clients with an exceptional customer service, many thanks to all the staffs as well, will definitely come again ????

Very friendly staff ,but rooms are needed to be modernised

Great location. Right at the Indian Ocean. Provides private beach. Multiple restaurants. Good Indian vegetarian spread is also available separately. Rooms are spacious and very well kept. What you bring home is the hospitality and smiling faces of the staff. Multiple activities to do in the resort itself. Must visit for anyone visiting Mauritius.

5 jours de bonheur, de rêve enchanté, de détente totale. Un grand bravo et merci à tout le personnel de cet hôtel! Accueil, serveurs, service de nettoyage, masseuses.... Tous très gentils et accueillants. Chambre parfaite, repas divers, copieux et très bons. Décor sublime. Vraiment, sincèrement, de tout mon cœur, je remercie toute l'équipe de Outrigger hôtel! Particulièrement Megha et Kévin! Je reviendrai!

Stunning hotel and amenities with excellent service at every point. Amazing to wake up to picturesque views of the ocean, we also had our wedding here

Situé au sud de l'île à une quarantaine de minutes de l'aéroport, l'hôtel est vaste mais les hébergements sont suffisamment étalés le long de la plage pour ne pas créer un sentiment de promiscuité.
Chambre spacieuse et correctement équipée.
Très grande plage reliée aux autres établissements qui permet ballades ou joggings de bord de mer.
Buffets variés, de qualité correcte. Adapté à des familles.
La visite de Mahebourg est interessante et la relative proximité de Plaisance permet d'y terminer un séjour après avoir visité le nord de l'île
