Es la primera vez que escribo una reseña.Tengo que decir el hotel tranquilo para ser un luciría el trato recibido en recepción espatetico, el momento de la llegada,tardan mucho en hacer el che Kiny cuando nos dieron la habitación no era la pedida con vistas al mar,,hay k estar pidiendo a los camareros de la habitaciones desde los artículos de aseo hasta lo k ofrecen en su web incluido en la habitación .La animación es mínima, y en recepción ….nunca en un hotel luxuri nos habían tratado con mala
Cara y ofreciéndonos una habitación como la que teníamos encargada tres noches después de la llegada,sintiendo la incomodidad desde la llegada de estar pidiendo los mínimos que ofrecen en su web.he de decir vacaciones incómodas ,una isla bella pero el trato desde recepción pésimo

فيه انشطة مجانية وفيه انشطة مدفوعة وفيه مطاعم للحجز
تصميم الغرف يجنن وشاطئ مرة جميل ومسابح مفتوحة.

يقع المنتجع في الجزء الشمالي الغربي

المنتجع جميل ورائع والغرف واسعة ويوجد بالحمامات اعزكم الله (شطاف) وهذا مهم جدا..

وآخرى مطلعه على البحر وهذا محبب لدي.

Inolvidable!! Todo super limpio, la habitación suite con mayordomo y vistas muy bonitas. El trato fue muy bueno de todo el personal. Incluso al irme, me deje el monedero y me lo enviaron a España.
La comida muy bueno todo y muy variado.

We stayed at the Four Seasons but our son completed his diving course at the dive school at the Residence. At 13 years old, we weren’t going to send him alone. On day 1, we bought breakfast at the Residence with our other 2 children while we waited for the oldest to complete his dive. On day 2, my husband, who was waiting for our son on the beach by the dive school, was approached by 2 security staff and a hotel staff member and demanded to pay 4000 Mauritian Rupees (approx £68) to wait on a sun lounger on an empty beach on a cloudy day, despite us having paid to use the dive school services. Sadly, we found the Residence to be harsh, unwelcoming and not somewhere we would recommend, despite the brilliant dive school team who could not be faulted.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im The Residence Mauritius zu übernachten und möchte gerne meine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung teilen. Dieses Hotel ist zweifellos ein wahres Paradies auf Erden.

Schon beim Betreten des Anwesens wurde ich von der atemberaubenden Schönheit der Hotelanlage und der warmen Begrüßung des Personals überwältigt. Die Architektur des Hotels vereint auf wunderbare Weise den kolonialen Stil mit einem Hauch von mauritischer Kultur und schafft so eine einzigartige Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen und Genießen einlädt.

Estive em 2009 na nossa lua de mel. Local incrível, beleza natural surpreendente e o hotel é excelente em tudo. Em 2019 resolvemos voltar para comemorar 10 anos de casado e o hotel permanecia exatamente como a primeira vez!!recomendo muito

Tive má experiência na chegada, paguei por quarto vista mar, deram me quarto res do chao quase sem ver o mar, depois reclamei e trocaram-me para andar superior, pois paguei bastante mais e nao me foi oferecido quarto de 1 linha.

Em relação ao quarto vim aqui agora fazer uma revisão, pois ofereceram nos hoje um quarto vista mar primeira linha, quando chegar Portugal irei falar com minha agencia parece que o problema foi da comunicação entre agencia e o hotel.

Agradou me bastante terem feito esta revisão. Agradeço a simpatia do responsável da recepção e do seu cuidado.

Qualidades do hotel: buffet é bom, optimo pequeno almoco, boa limpeza de quartos e oferecem actividades na praia.

اقمنا فيه اربعه ايام من يوم ٢٨ جون المكان للامانه يجنن بكل معنى الكلمه مع الغرفه الفطور وفيه كمان فعاليات مجانيه مع الغرفه اسألوا عنها فيه بوت اللي من خلاله تشوفوا اسماك وشعب مرحانيه يعني رحله في البحر لمدة ٤٥ دقيقه وكمان بوت تاني اللي يكون زي الدراجه تمشوه المهم فيه كذا فعاليه مع الغرفه تقريبا ٦ فعاليات وفيه كمان بفلوس طبعا بس انا اتكلم عن المجاني طبعا فيه جيم وكمان لو حبيتو تعملو باث بمب كلموهم يجو يجهزوا البانيو وفيه اطلاله على البحر تاخد العقل اخذنا غرفتين مع بعض رقم ١٦٥ و ١٦٤ حلوين مطله على حديقه ووراهم البحر بعض الاطلالت تكون هلى حديقه بس لما تكون بالجنب المهم المكان نضيف ومرتب يجنن يعيبه شي واحد بس انه غالي

Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Ausflug mit dem Glasbodenboot und Schnorcheln gratis.

Hotel muito muito lindo, é gigante, quarto amplo, a piscina tem uma agua quentinha perfeita! Fomos na epoca da lua cheia, parecia uma pintura a lua iluminando o mar, o mar em frente ao hotel tem uma agua com a temperatura das praias do nordeste brasileiro, quentinho, que parece uma piscina, sem onda, agua cristalina, atendimento muito bom, só o que não me agradou muito foi a comida que só teve um dia que foi do meu paladar, que era a noite das massas, fora isso, apesar das variedades não tinha nada tão saboroso, meu marido tbm achou a mesma coisa, mas enfim, foi uma experiência única nossa estadia nesse hotel!

Wir haben das Hotel im Juni mit unserer Tochter besucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und insbesondere gegenüber Kindern total aufgeschlossen. Eine Reise im Juni war für uns perfekt, weil es zwar teilweise recht windig war, aber es trotzdem warm genug war. Auch die anderen Gäste fanden wir super angenehm. Absolute Empfehlung!

Rates are certainly built, but the service is the height. This is a luxury hotel.

The beach is superb on this side of the island. The hotel is renowned but ageing; here, luxury is synonymous with relaxation and well-being. The prices appeared to us elevated services offered.
