Our thanks to the entire team at Constance Belle-Mare Mauritius for outstanding service during our recent holiday. All the staff were amazing, with specific mentions to the individual staff who went out of their way to make our stay so memorable:
Sandrine for being very receptive to the needs of our small group and exceptional customer care.
Prakash our Villa host, for serving us breakfast every morning and looking after our every needs, nothing was too much trouble.
Rishi and Suresh on the beach team for such prompt delivery and replenishment of our rum and cokes, their friendly smiles and local knowledge.
Nikhil in the main bar for outstanding customer service - as a graduate of the Constance Acadamy we wish him well as he progresses in his career.
And not forgetting the beach vendors, always smiling, subtle in their approach and with absolute respect - we purchased super quality cashmere wraps at reasonable cost (to add to those bought on our previous holidays).

Ilk grısımızde yaklasık 2saate yakın resepsıyonda bekledık. Okadar yavaslar ki neredeyse 1 günümüz gitti. Odaların temızlıgı cok ıyı degıldı. Personel gayet güleryüzlü. O konuda kimsenin hakkını yıyemem. Yemekleri de eh işte fena değil. Ama otelın etrafında hiçbirşey yok. Aksama yemek için rezervasyon yaptırmak istediğiniz de hep restoranlar dolu denılıyor. Dışarı da başka bir alternatif yer yok. Bız ıkı gece rezervasyonumumuz olmamasına ragmen varmış gibi söyledk. Gayet de aldılar. Oyle restoranlar tıkabasa dolu değildi. Aldığı parayı hakeden bir işletme değil. Ayrıca ılk gıttıgımızde booking den daha yüksek fiyat verdiler. Bizde bu durumu söyledik. O zaman bookingfen yapın dediler. O gecen zaman içinde fiyatları değiştirmişler. Otelden yapmak daha ucuz hale getırdıler. Bir de orada kazıklandık. Bızde otelcıyız bu durumları gayet iyi biliriz. Neyse kısaca güzel mutlu bir tatıl gecırmedık. Verdiğim 1 puanda tamamen personelin güler yüzlü olmasına!

As it was explained to you, the hotel was at full capacity and since you arrived unexpectedly, the last let was under process.

Excellent and fabulous stay!
Our first time to Mauritius. Resort grounds are beautiful, lots of palm trees, gardens with many pools and a pristine beach.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking, without being intrusive, if we needed anything, making sure everything was right for our special occasion.
Thanks to you all at Constance Belle Mare Plage … We had a lovely holiday to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary in Mauritius!
