POPULART
A nice little temple of ceramics, with objects from all over Spain. The oldest ones date back to the 16th century.
This is a small temple of popular art, hence its name, which opened in 1977. On display are ceramic pieces, the oldest of which date back to the 16th century; pottery such as that from Triana or Manises, near Valencia; azulejos, engravings and lithographs, some of which date from the 16th and 18th centuries. All of these objects are unique because they were produced in workshops all over Spain, which are now often closed. A must-see address in the neighbourhood.
