MARISCAL
On the south-east outskirts of Seville and Nervión, in an area named after a French marquis, the neighbourhood is a working residence, close to Amate Park. This simple room by two creative cousins, consists of two small rooms, a counter and a terrace. Every week, a new author's tapas appears on his map: gyoza of pollo y (vegetable ravioli and chicken), milhoja of berenjenas (nit of aubergines), paté paté (nit), mermelada de (goose paté), chipirones cheese sauce (small cuttlefish), carrilllera ibérica (pig)… The'are defending themselves very well, the products are fresh, the prépas have taste and in addition, the desserts (verrines and-or served in preserved) are signed by the sign Más that Postres, beer is served in fresh glass, while many good wines mainly Andalusian or Alicante are ordered by glass. A discovery that deserves!
