This " Palo " began life as an abacería (grocery store), opened in 2016 on Calle Castellar and devoted mainly to Jerez wines. Gradually accompanied by tapas and a few dishes. Set up in 2018 a stone's throw from the Setas building, it has become a restaurant still known for its excellent selection of Jerez wines, but now accompanied by seasonal market cuisine. Inside, at the barra or on the terrace, you can try their zucchini carpaccio, patatas bravas or the rice of the day, often meloso.
