Dans le centre touristique, Santa Cruz respecte la tradicion d'une vieille bodega. Toujours plein pendant le jour, j'y vais pour un pétit dej classique, tostada tomate y aceite. Le matin les clients sont par la plusparte ouvriers de la ville. Le service aussi est trés gentil.
