This former 19th century palace houses the restaurant of the hotel school, where many chefs have been trained. Top-notch cuisine.

Housed in a former 19th century palace, this restaurant of the Seville Hotel School offers a dining room on the first floor and a pretty cafeteria-bistro in a very elegant patio. Refined and delicious, the cuisine adapts to the seasons, but you can, for example, enjoy a cold soup with almond milk, a carpaccio of langoustines with ginger ice cream, turbot with orange sauce, and finally a chocolate cake with a heart of mango cream. Your taste buds should remember it.

Un accueil et un service dignes d'un étoilé....et la qualité des plats également ! Superbe lieu cossu et cosy à la fois. Nous avons tout apprécié, notamment la finesse et la présentation de nos assiettes. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Cuisine délicieuse mais le service est lent, mauvaise traduction du menu en français et le personnel a du al à expliquer le détail des plats en anglais et enfin la salle est peu chaleureuse.
