In the Arenal district, in the pedestrian square, it is a quiet and charming oasis in the middle of the city's bustle. And a restaurant that can boast of preserving the remains of the 18th century Almohad wall. The cuisine is 100% Andalusian, which is why it favours dishes such as " pescaito fresco " or cola de toro, its other star dish, not forgetting tuna with onion or chickpea casserole with cod, a dish traditionally served during Lent, but offered here all year round.

El Cabildo m'a séduit par son joli cadre. Apaisant et calme. Bonne adresse à Séville pour manger en toute tranquillité.
