This is one of the best restaurants in town, with a chef who is a native of Hong Kong: Pedro Giménez. The setting is both urban and modern, with a kitchen set in the center of the room and a light, uncluttered decor. Recipes are prepared using fresh, seasonal produce (with fish arriving daily from the Cadiz coast) of the highest quality. The menu changes every quarter, offering dishes that combine authenticity with the chef's creativity. Wine lovers will appreciate the extensive wine list. Finally, the service is professional and extremely attentive.

Un repas exceptionnel ! Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin, j’ai mangé des produits que je n’aimais pas et pourtant je me suis régalé, un service à l’écoute rien à redire tout simplement génial, je reviendrai lors de passage à Séville avec autant d’enthousiasme ????
