Hotel molto carino nel centro di Siviglia, personale educato, disponibile e gentile. Nonostante la posizione molto centrale, le camere risultano silenziose.

Hotel en una ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro de Sevilla, una terraza con las vistas de la Giralda. Las instalaciones increíbles, no le envidia nada a un 5 estrellas, habitaciones increíbles, todo muy limpio. Y por último todo el personal de 10, muy atentos y muy serviciales, pero le quería dar las gracias a la gobernanta Lola, por como se portó con nosotros, es un encanto de persona, se nota que le encanta su trabajo. Hotel sin duda que volveré, y recomendaré a todos mis conocidos.

Recomendable 100% , Nos ospedamos 2 dias y medio , nada mas llegar un recibimiento especial, el recepcionista JOAQUIN, super amable y simpatico , nuestra entrada a la habitacion era a las 14:00 y nos la dieron a las 11:00 mucho antes de nuestra hora , nos recibio tambien la gorbernanta y el gerente , un trato excepcional , simpaticos y muy atentos a todo . Habitacion, nos ospedamos en una junior suit , limpia , preciosa y en la parte alta del hotel . Sin ninguna duda recomiendo todo lo de este hotel, sevicio , atencion limpieza . Un lugar para repetir volveremos . Queda decir que el desayuno es gratuito y tambien una merienda que dan a media tarde . NADA QUE DECIR SIN DUDARLO ES MARAVILLOSO EL HOTEL Y LOS EMPLEADOS DE 10.

Lovely staff and great location! We booked the premium double room ground floor which we requested to move from as it was mouldy and smelt. We did get moved to the premium double on first floor which was lovely! Just wouldn’t advise booking the ground floor rooms! The staff are aware there is a mould problem yet these continue to be available to book.
