Charming boutique hotel with terrace suggesting comfortable and well decorated rooms
Located in the centre of the Santa Cruz district, on the beautiful Elvira Square, this charming boutique hotel is a good option for those who want to soak up the city. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. The buffet breakfast and meals can be taken on the terrace, which is very pleasant. Note that you can also opt for the hotel's apartments, "Apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz" - www.apartamentossantacruz.com - Good welcome.

The location is the biggest selling point of this hotel (kind of lacks the boutique feel though). It's close to everything, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas. I stayed in the ground floor room (there is only one). The noise from outside was fine, but was quite noisy from inside. You can hear everything that is going on at the reception desk very clearly and loudly. I'm assuming reception can hear conversations inside your room as well but can't confirm. The wifi in that room is less than ideal. It is very spotty and doesn't stay connected very well. This was on multiple devices that had issues. Check in was very thorough which was nice. When I went to check out, no one was at the desk and I had to call reception to check out and have them hold onto my luggage.
One thing I didn't realize is that breakfast is at the main/sister hotel up the street. This didn't bother me, but something to be aware of before booking. Breakfast was also not that great. The scrambled eggs were hardly cooked and some of the other items looked old.

Breakfast is served at their mother-hotel just 30 seconds away, which is quite nice for a slight change of scenery in the morning.
The only few small problems I had was they had 2-3 junior receptionists that didn't really make you feel welcomed when you leave/ enter, and didn't fully understood english, we've also tried translating on google as we didn't have any soap/ shower gel, wanted more toilet rolls and a bucket of ice. We got it in the end when we went to the reception the second time.
Other than that, all receptionists have been incredibly helpful with check in/ out, scheduling transport etc. It made our stay in Seville extra special
