Buenas me quiero dirigir al gerente del hotel.Recepcionista de pena,... mal educado y un impresentable....no esta apto para atender al publico. Estuvimos el lunes por la tarde para contratar el servicio del hotel y el trato del recepcionista fue PÉSIMO.

Habitación muy limpia y cómoda, la cama espectacular, y el baño también. Teníamos un balcón con una vista super linda, un detallazo la máquina de café en la habitación, con capsulita de cortesía. También había una terracita que se veía agradable, pero no la usamos por que había tiempo de frío y lluvia pero en días lindos es un plus. Si es cierto que hay movida a eso de las 9-10 am con la limpieza, que si te quieres quedar durmiendo, el ruido no te dejará, pero como no era un viaje para ir a dormir, me ha dado igual. Nos dejaron guardar la maleta un rato al salir, lo cual le suma mucho al servicio.

Volvería siempre a hospedarme aquí sin pensarlo! La máquina de café en la habitación fue una sorpresa agradable, muy limpio, toallas y otros artículos de higiene personal incluidos. El lugar está cerca de TODO! La almohadas más cómodas que he utilizado en mi vida!

Estaba 50 metros de un restaurante de categoría Michellin, casi todas las atracciones importantes de Sevilla se pueden hacer caminando desde este hotel.
